Week 5 is upon us and as such we’re less than two full weeks from the Finalfüste of this Spring’s event. With things moving so fast, let’s get this week’s update going!
Trippelts are in play starting tomorrow AM. Remember, a Trippelt workout is either three seperate Singelts (you can spread them out throughout the day as neeeded) or a single event at the Trippelt Schmerzenfüste parameters (go HERE to remind yourself what those Trippelts look like).
Total workout points available this week are 3 Singelts, 2 Doppelts and 2 Trippelts.

Next to last Fastentag is tomorrow and you should know the drill by now.
One bonus bonus, it you’d like to eat or drink whatever you want on Cinco de Mayo (tomorrow night), you need to complete the day’s fast and a Trippelt workout. Do those two things and you win a free food AND drink point for tomorrow night’s festivities.
Oh, and next Sunday, all Mother’s get all three points for free. Least GG could do for those who suffer only the way’s a Moms can.
