How to earn that sweet, sweet bonuspunkte

There are many different ways to earn bonuspunkte. Some are listed below. Others are released with little notice and have a limited window for completion. Keep your eyes open and be ready to complete a bonus at any time during the game!

a COUPLE of THINGS TO remember about bonus gameplay

  • You may only complete one bonus per day, unless explicitly directed to do otherwise by GG.

  • You cannot complete multiple bonus activities on a single day with the intention of then scoring them on days you didn’t complete a bonus (no “stockpiling”).

  • If you are required to send proof of completion to GG (e.g. a video or pic), you can do that immediately after finishing the bonus activity but you wont officially report the bonus until the next morning on the DRT.

  • Not all bonuses will cover your daily exercise requirement. Make sure you understand which do and which do not!


WEEK 6 BONUSES

MONday, MAY 12th through SATURDAY, may 17th

  • A Long SPRING STROLL - 12 MileS

    The final of a six event series, complete the required distance on foot by any means necessary (walk, wog, jog, run, sprint, crawl, whatever) and score the associated bonus! For the sixth and last week of Sprüngenfüste ‘25, complete an twelve mile walk/jog/run (no specific pace requirement, just get it done) in a single event to earn a +9p bonus. This activity must be completed outdoors with GPS tracking proof (no “dreadmills” allowed) and may be taken only once during Week 6. This bonus will count for your daily exercise requirement as a Trippelt. Complete all 6 of the Long Spring Strolls and earn a huge +15p completion bonus!

  • meile laufen (*MILE FOR TIME)

    The second of two bonuses, this one is a last fitness check for SF25. All you need to do is go out and travel one mile, by foot, as fast as you can to earn this +1p bonus. Obviously this bonus is designed to be run but if you’re not a runner then walk or wog it as fast as you can. GG would prefer if you found a track to do this on to keep it simple and clean for yourself but he also understands there’s some challenges here so just do your best. GPS proof of completion is required (posted to STRAVA or sent to GG) and also text GG your completion time. This bonus will not count as your daily exercise requirement and may be taken once during Week 6.

  • PlankenFÜSTE ALLOWANCE (*plank - 3 min)

    The last of three plank bonuses this Sprüngenfüste, hold a plank for 3 minutes and earn a +6p bonus. Video proof of completion sent to GG required. All planks must be completed on your elbows, never straight arm it!

  • SO MANY STAIRS - 120 FLIGHTS

    Last in a series of six events, go out into the world and find a stair case, whether that’s a stairwell at your office, a parking garage or school bleachers, whatever you can find. Now start your way up. One flight equals 16 steps (in case you’re going to use a non-standard set of stairs). For Week 6, complete 120 flights to earn a +6p bonus. HR data is a strict requirement here as GPS will most likely not correctly record this activity. You cannot use a “stairmaster” or gym based machine to complete this bonus; you must go out and climb an actual staircase. This bonus allowance will count for your daily exercise requirement as a Singelt and may only be taken once during Week 6. Complete all 6 of the stair climbing bonus events and you’ll also score yourself a +10p Completion Bonus!

  • TRIPLEFÜsten ALLOWANCE

    Do the exact same Singelt workout three times in one day. There must be at least 4 hours between each of the three seperate events. If it’s a run or a walk or a ride, you must follow the exact same route all three times. If it’s anything else, you must do your best to duplicate the same experience each time. Do this and you’ll score a +3p bonus and this will count as a Trippelt for that day’s exercise. Send GG three pics as proof, one from each event, taken at the exact same place from the exact same angle etc.

  • WANDERUNGFÜSTE ALLOWANCE (*CLIMB #3 2500FT)

    Last in a series of three bonuses, hike as many miles as it takes to climb 2500ft in elevation (note that GG said “hike”, not “get on a stair master” . . . this bonus requires you to hike uphill outside to earn your punkte). Make sure that the full elevation gain is recorded . . . anything less will not earn you the bonus!  And this bonus may not be completed by simply climbing stairs (there’s a whole other bonus for that!).  You must hike. This bonus will count towards your daily Schmerzenfüste as a Trippelt and may be taken once during Week 6. Proof of completion posted to STRAVA and/or sent to GG required to earn this +6p bonus. Complete the series of all three climbs by the end of the game and you will earn a +15p completion bonus!

WEEK 5 BONUSES

MONday, May 5th through SUNDAY, may 11th

A Long SPRING STROLL - 10 MileS

The fifth of a six event series, complete the required distance on foot by any means necessary (walk, wog, jog, run, sprint, crawl, whatever) and score the associated bonus! For the fifth week of Sprüngenfüste ‘25, complete an ten mile walk/jog/run (no specific pace requirement, just get it done) in a single event to earn a +6p bonus. This activity must be completed outdoors with GPS tracking proof (no “dreadmills” allowed) and may be taken only once during Week 5. This bonus will count for your daily exercise requirement as a Trippelt. Complete all 6 of the Long Spring Strolls and earn a huge +15p completion bonus!

BEFORE DAWN ALLOWANCE

Start a Singelt, Doppelt, or Trippelt workout before sunrise to earn this +1p bonus. Standard proof of workout completion required to earn this bonus.

PARKENFÜSTE ALLOWANCE (*Park #3 - 6 miles)

The third and final bonus in a series of three, complete a six mile hike in a city, county, regional, state or national park (no pace requirement, just get it done). GPS/STRAVA tracking is required as proof, as is a selfie showing a sign identifying the park (if not using STRAVA you’ll still need to send GG proof from some kind of GPS based tracking app). This bonus is worth +3p and may be only be taken once during Week 5. Completion of this will also count as a Doppelt workout for that day’s exercise requirement. Complete the series of all three hikes in the three different parks by the end of the game and you will earn a +5p completion bonus!

SO MANY STAIRS - 100 FLIGHTS

Fifth in a series of six events, go out into the world and find a stair case, whether that’s a stairwell at your office, a parking garage or school bleachers, whatever you can find. Now start your way up. One flight equals 16 steps (in case you’re going to use a non-standard set of stairs). For Week 5, complete 100 flights to earn a +3p bonus. HR data is a strict requirement here as GPS will most likely not correctly record this activity. You cannot use a “stairmaster” or gym based machine to complete this bonus; you must go out and climb an actual staircase. This bonus allowance will count for your daily exercise requirement as a Singelt and may only be taken once during Week 5. Complete all 6 of the stair climbing bonus events and you’ll also score yourself a +10p Completion Bonus!

WEEK 4 BONUSES

MONday, APRIL 28th through SUNDAY, may 4th

  • A Long SPRING STROLL - 8 MileS

    The fourth of a six event series, complete the required distance on foot by any means necessary (walk, wog, jog, run, sprint, crawl, whatever) and score the associated bonus! For the fourth week of Sprüngenfüste ‘25, complete an eight mile walk/jog/run (no specific pace requirement, just get it done) in a single event to earn a +3p bonus. This activity must be completed outdoors with GPS tracking proof (no “dreadmills” allowed) and may be taken only once during Week 4. This bonus will count for your daily exercise requirement as a Doppelt. Complete all 6 of the Long Spring Strolls and earn a huge +15p completion bonus!

  • DOUBLEFÜsten ALLOWANCE

    Do the exact same Singelt workout two times in one day. There must be at least 6 hours between each of the two seperate events. If it’s a run or a walk or a ride, you must follow the exact same route both times. If it’s anything else, you must do your best to duplicate the same experience twice. Do this and you’ll score a +3p bonus and this will count as a Doppelt for that day’s exercise. Complete all 6 of the stair climbing bonus events and you’ll also score yourself a +10p Completion Bonus!

  • WANDERUNGFÜSTE ALLOWANCE (*CLIMB #2 1500FT)

    Second in a series of three bonuses, hike as many miles as it takes to climb 1500ft in elevation (note that GG said “hike”, not “get on a stair master” . . . this bonus requires you to hike uphill outside to earn your punkte).   • MITTERNACHTSSONNE ALLOWANCE (*after dark)

    Start (and complete) a Singelt or Doppelt workout after sunset to earn this +1p bonus. Sunset is considered to be when the sun has dropped under the horizon in the player’s immediate locale. Standard proof of workout completion required to earn this bonus.

  • PARKENFÜSTE ALLOWANCE (*Park #2 - 5 miles)

    The second bonus in a series of three, complete a five mile hike in a city, county, regional, state or national park (no pace requirement, just get it done). GPS/STRAVA tracking is required as proof, as is a selfie showing a sign identifying the park (if not using STRAVA you’ll still need to send GG proof from some kind of GPS based tracking app). This bonus allowance will not count for your daily exercise requirement and may only be taken once during Week 3. Complete all 6 of the stair climbing bonus events and you’ll also score yourself a +10p Completion Bonus!

WEEK 2 BONUSES

MONday, APRIL 14th through SUNDAY, April 20th

  • A Long SPRING STROLL - 4 MileS

The second of a six event series, complete the required distance on foot by any means necessary (walk, wog, jog, run, sprint, crawl, whatever) and score the associated bonus! For the second week of Sprüngenfüste ‘25, complete a four mile walk/jog/run (no specific pace requirement, just get it done) in a single event to earn a +1p bonus. This activity must be completed outdoors with GPS tracking proof (no “dreadmills” allowed) and may be taken only once during Week 2. This bonus will count for your daily exercise requirement. Complete all 6 of the Long Spring Strolls and earn a huge +15p completion bonus!

  • PLANKENFÜste ALLOWANCE (*PLANK 1 MINUTE)

    The first of three plank bonuses this Sprüngenfüste, hold a plank for 1 minutes and earn a +1p bonus. Video proof of completion sent to GG required. All planks must be completed on your elbows, never straight arm it!

  • SO MANY STAIRS - 40 FLIGHTS

    Second in a series of six events, go out into the world and find a stair case, whether that’s a stairwell at your office, a parking garage or school bleachers, whatever you can find. Complete the series of all three climbs by the end of the game and you will earn a +15p completion bonus!


OTHER BONUS PLAY

  • COMPLETION BONUSES

    Many of the activities during Winterfüste are built as a series. If you complete the series, you’ll earn a bonus Completion Bonus (bonus). All good things come to those who put the time in.

    Examples:

    • So Many Stairs: Complete all 6 stair climbing challenges to earn +10p Completion Bonus

    • Long Spring Stroll: Complete all 6 weekly strolls to earn a huge +15p bonus

    • Parkenfüste: Complete all 3 park hikes to earn a +10p bonus

    • Climb: Complete all 3 climbs to earn a huge +15p bonus

  • Hungriger geist BONUS ALLOWANCE

    Complete all 6 Fastentag days and you’ll earn this +10p bonus! Each Fastentag is an exercise in brutality so this bonus is not for the light of heart!

  • Final Exam ALLOWANCE

    Complete a full Daily 50 Homework session on the Finalefüste to pass this Final Exam worth a +3p bonus.

  • Long Dog ALLOWANCE

    If you see a “long dog” (that’s Germany’s finest export, the Dachshund, aka Weiner Dog, Sausage Dog, Hot Dog, Doxie etc.) in the wild, make sure to snap a selfie with it! Send the pic to GG, report it on the Daily Reporting Tool the next day and once you’ve collected 5 long dogs (affectionally knowns as a “quiver”) you’ll be eligible for a secret bonus! You can only report off on one long dog per day, even if you’re lucky enough to run across a full pack . . . and yes, the Dachshund is the official mascot of the Füste and the creature closest to GG’s heart, so watch what you say about ‘em!
