WEEK 6: Over the Hump (so where's the downhill part??)

Evening Füsters!

Hope everyone had a good Cheat Day and that you didn’t overdue it! It’s time to talk about the back half of Winterfüste, which unlike most things does not actually get easier but goes twice as hard (🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️)! But because of that GG is making a small change to the game structure and providing you a “rest day” each week for the next four weeks (to avoid over training and Füster burn out). So once a week, on the day of your choosing, you can take the day off from exercise (food and drink requirements still in play though). Simply report your rest day on the DRT by choosing “No, I took a sick/mental health day” for exercise and GG will cover your point while you give those tired dogs a day off! You don’t have to take this weekly benifit but it’s there if you need it. The only other important piece of news is to understand that GG is on a work trip to the Northeast this week which means he’ll be three hours ahead of most players and pretty much unavailable for immediate responses through next Saturday. So if you have a question or issue, please be patient as you most likely will not hear back in a timely fashion. Sorry, but GG has to maintain his full time employment until the day the Füste goes fully legitimate. GG does appreciate your understanding here and will do what he can to maintain daily support.

Now, here’s your game play summary for Week 6:

  • Daily exercise requirement = 3 Singelts, 3 Doppelts, 1 Rest Day

  • Homework: Same as it ever was

  • Fasting: 24 hour fast beginning tonight (Feb. 8th) at dusk

  • Bonuses (go here for full details):

    • Doublefüsten

    • Long Winter Wog - 9 miles

    • Plankenfüste - 2 minutes

    • So Many Stairs -70 flights

    • Weighted Walk #2 - 30lbs/2miles

  • Side Quests (go here for full details):

    • Game Night

    • Lucky Friend Gift #6

That’s it for this week’s update. Have a great Week 6 and may the Füste be with you!
